Vendor Details
Make sure to apply for your preferred booth sizes, but remember that you may be accepted for a different sized space due to an increase in demand. All vendors will be notified via email of their acceptance status for the Summer 2025 market dates on June 6th. If you are not accepted in the first round, you will automatically be added to the waitlist. We will reach out to you via email with any cancellations or openings in the weeks leading up to the event.
Please make sure to complete the $10.00 application fee after hitting submit on your application. You only need to submit one application fee for the fall market dates and you should be automatically redirected to this payment. This fee helps cover associated costs of processing, hosting, etc. and only applications that have submitted this fee with be reviewed. This fee is not refundable.

*BOOTH OPTIONS*
The market will be held inside the beautifully historic Coliseum in downtown St. Petersburg. The majority of the booth spaces will be 8x10 in the center of the venue on the ballroom floor. A small number of booth spaces located in the alcoves along the perimeter of the venue will be 14x15 and perfect for a mini boutique set up. Electricity access requires an additional fee per booth by the venue and is not available for the 8x10 booth spaces. We ask that if you need electricity that you bring your own portable battery devices.
Unfortunately, we are not able to host any beverage vendors and vendors who prepare food onsite. Vendors selling prepackaged foods & cottage kitchen bakers may apply. Feel free to email us at info@theindieflea.com with any questions.
*BOOTH OPTIONS*
8x10 Indoor Booth - $175
14x15 Indoor Booth - $225
*No beverages or any onsite cooking will be hosted at this location. Prepackaged bakery vendors are accepted.
* Weather Policy *
Our event will be held, rain or shine.
Please bring your tarps, umbrellas, sunscreen, water, etc. We always hope for the best, but it's something we cannot control. :) It's important for safety and the protection of your product that you come prepared.
* Tables *
All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, etc. No tents inside.
* Electricity/Wi-Fi *
We do not have guaranteed outlets or direct Wi-Fi for any vendors. Please plan to be wireless or bring your own power source such as a portable battery device. If you are an accepted outdoor tent vendor and plan to bring a generator, please let us know in advance so that we can place you accordingly.
OUR GREEN INITIATIVE
The Indie Flea is an Ocean Friendly event that enforces a ban on single-use plastic for all vendors. Please replace all single-plastic (packaging, bags, to-go containers, cutlery, cups, straws, to-go containers, wax paper or wax lined cups, straws, styrofoam) with compostable or paper products. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a ban from future events. A comprehensive guide can be found here.
