Vendor Details

Make sure to apply for your preferred booth sizes, but remember that you may be accepted for a different sized space due to an increase in demand. All vendors will be notified via email of their acceptance status for the Fall/Winter 2025 market dates on August 29th for the October market and September 19th for the December market. If you are not accepted in the first round, you will automatically be added to the waitlist. We will reach out to you via email with any cancellations or openings in the weeks leading up to the event.

Please make sure to complete the $10.00 application fee after hitting submit on your application. You only need to submit one application fee for the fall market dates and you should be automatically redirected to this payment. This fee helps cover associated costs of processing, hosting, etc. and only applications that have submitted this fee with be reviewed. This fee is not refundable.

*BOOTH OPTIONS*

The market will be held inside the Armature Works in October and in December we are going outdoors and taking over the space for a full blowout event! as well as the outdoor courtyard. Unfortunately, we are not able to host any vendors who prepare food onsite. Vendors selling beverages, prepackaged foods & cottage kitchen bakers may apply. * Weather Policy *

Our event will be held, rain or shine.

Tent vendors, please come prepared for weather!! Please bring your weights, tarps, umbrellas, sunscreen, water, etc. We always hope for the best, but it's something we cannot control. :) It's important for safety and the protection of your product and yourself that you come prepared.

* Tents *

All vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, etc. Please bring weights (standard size 24-40lbs), anchors and tie downs. No exceptions, tent weights are required by the city for everyone's safety.

* Electricity/Wi-Fi *

Most vendors, and especially tent vendors do not have guaranteed outlets or direct Wi-Fi. Please plan to be wireless or bring your own power source. Tent vendors only, if you are accepted and plan to bring a generator, please let us know in advance so that we can place you accordingly. If you require electricity and are in the atrium, please reach out once accepted and let us know so we can confirm access for you.

OUR GREEN INITIATIVE

The Indie Flea is an Ocean Friendly event that enforces a ban on single-use plastic for all vendors. Please replace all single-plastic (packaging, bags, to-go containers, cutlery, cups, straws, to-go containers, wax paper or wax lined cups, straws, styrofoam) with compostable or paper products. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a ban from future events. A comprehensive guide can be found here.
