Welcome back to our biggest annual market of the year, the St. Pete Holiday Festival. Join us as we take over one of St. Pete’s most gorgeous downtown waterfront parks, Albert Whitted Park for a day full of shopping, eating, music, art and so much more!

Vendor Details
Our holiday festival will be held in and around the Albert Whitted Park and surrounding streets. Once again, The Dali Museum will be joining us as a community partner.
It is important that you read all of the policies included in the application before submitting your application. You can also click HERE for more information on our operating policies. All vendors will be notified via email of their acceptance status for the Holiday Festival on September 19th. If you are not accepted in the first round, you will automatically be added to the waitlist. We will reach out to you via email with any cancellations or openings in the weeks leading up to the event.
After hitting submit on your application, you should be automatically redirected to complete the $10.00 application fee. This fee helps cover associated costs of processing, hosting, etc. and only applications that have submitted this fee with be reviewed. This fee is not refundable.

* Weather Policy *
Our event will be held, rain or shine.
Tent vendors, please come prepared for weather!! Please bring your tarps, umbrellas, sunscreen, water, etc. We always hope for the best, but it's something we cannot control. :) It's important for safety and the protection of your product that you come prepared.
* Tents *
All vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, etc. Please bring weights (standard size 24-40lbs), anchors and tie downs. No exceptions, tent weights are required by the city for everyone's safety.
* Electricity/Wi-Fi *
This is a outdoor market and we do not have access to electricity or Wi-Fi for any vendors. Please plan to be wireless or bring your own power source. If you are an accepted tent vendor and plan to bring a generator, please let us know in advance so that we can place you accordingly.
OUR GREEN INITIATIVE
The Indie Flea is an Ocean Friendly event that enforces a ban on single-use plastic for all vendors. Please replace all single-plastic (packaging, bags, to-go containers, cutlery, cups, straws, to-go containers, wax paper or wax lined cups, straws, styrofoam) with compostable or paper products. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a ban from future events. A comprehensive guide can be found here.
